Jim Quigley Volunteer of the Year award

Skerries Community Association recently announced its intention to honour one individual in the town every year for their contribution to the community as a volunteer. It is the intention that the first winner will be announced in May 2005. The award is being presented in honour of the late Jim Quigley, who gave so much of his time as a volunteer for the town of Skerries.

We are keen to ensure that the selection process will encompass all volunteer groups. We are inviting parties who would like to participate in the planning of this award process, or who have views on how it should be done, to contact us by 21st October either by post at Community Centre or by email at info@skerriesca.com.
