Skerries Welcomes back the FBD Ras for 2010!

The FBD INSURANCE RÁS will once again play an important role in world cycling when it gets underway from the 23rd to the 30th of May. For the tenth year in a row the big Irish 8 day international cycle race will feature on the world controlling body Union Cycliste Internationale’s prestigious Calendar of International Events. This entitles the race to award much sought after qualifying points for the world cycling championships.

 Skerries Community Centre launched their new website www.skerriescommunitycentre.ie at the end of February. The stylish site provides information on the impressive range of activities hosted at the centre. 

The Skerries Citizens Information Centre is now open at it's new premises at 13 New Street, Skerries ( Dr. Ismail Old Surgery). Our Phone Number is 01 8494443 and our office is open Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm.
